You retain ownership of content you post on MySocial. By posting, you grant MySocial a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content within the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. MySocial reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Advertising

MySocial may display advertisements through Google AdSense. By using the Platform, you agree to the display of such advertisements. We do not allow advertisers to target you based on your private messages or personal data beyond what Google AdSense permits.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.

8. Disclaimers

MySocial is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySocial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms
